Behind the pseudonym V&X lies the identity of two completely different artists who just a year ago decided to paint together for a period of five years completely apart from their personal work.
The idea was to create together a series of pieces, always large format (230 x 200 cm) and others of smaller format (100 x 90 cm) juxtaposing
their particular characteristics and interests as artists.
With more than forty years dedicated to painting, both aim to mix two completely antagonistic plastic languages, generating pieces that by themselves have the ability to surprise the public and question some very stereotypical canons of art history. .
Between the two artists are 125 years of life.
